Due to the travel restrictions our American client Tex-Isle was not able to personally attend the technical acceptance of the strip edge milling machine for their new ERW line in Texas. Needless to say, we came up with a plan. 😀 Special times call for special measures. 🙃

To commemorate the final acceptance of our plate milling and welding machine we couldn’t resist to have a little shooting done. This giant machine is only one out of three parts and is used in ship building to produce panels with a maximum dimension of 36 x 24m.
LINSINGER’s first rail milling train for North America arrived on January 16th in Toronto. Linsinger made history by milling the Sydney Harbour Bridge, which was constructed in 1932 and contains wooden sleepers and other flammable parts.
