NOISE REDUCTION. Shot peening adds a finely textured layer to the milled surfaces – removing high frequency sounds (singing rail).

DUST-FREE. Shot peening is a material forming process. The treatment method is clean and free from visible metal dust.

COMPLETELY SPARK-FREE. A nonabrasive technology means a spark-free
operation.

LIFE EXTENSION. Shot peening induces residual compressive stress. This increases fatigue strength of highly stressed components.

NO HEAT CONTRIBUTION. Due to the forming process, there is only a
slight, negligible temperature rise throughout the entire process.
